Our Cancellation Policy:

To honor your time and ours, we kindly ask that you modify or cancel your upcoming appointment at least 72 hours prior. The system will not allow you to make changes starting 48 hours prior to your appointment.

•Changes or cancellations made within 24-48 hours are subject to a 50% charge of services scheduled + tax. No-Shows and cancellations under 24 hours are charged at 100% + tax.

•Modifications to a Tuesday appointment, must be done during business hours the Friday prior through the link in your email confirmation, texting/calling us at (833) 393-2626. As our studio is closed Saturday through Monday. Messages received after business hours or over the weekend, will be reviewed on Tuesday morning. Changes made after this window will be subject to our 24 hour cancellation policy.

•Cancellation fees are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be applied toward future appointments.

•We kindly ask that you arrive on time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may be unable to accommodate your service or it may prevent us from providing your full service. If we have to cancel or reschedule due to a late arrival, the no-show cancellation fee will apply.

•We require a credit card on file to secure your appointment, and any applicable cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file.
